All teaching staff and TA 3s and 4s are subject to performance management, the process for which is set out in the appropriate policies. We use an online tool called School IP to record performance objectives, performance management meetings, evidence, lesson observations, work scrutiny and structured conversations. The system also monitors CPD and the impact of any CPD accessed.
Any requests for CPD should go to your line manager via School IP. You will need to demonstrate how the CPD requested fits with your performance objectives and the School Improvement Plan.
Other TAs and other staff can also benefit from CPD and requests should be made via line management.
